You should not assign or allow keywords to your Profile misleadingly or unlawfully, including in a manner designed to trade on the name or reputation of others, or Techeest may remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate, or else it is likely to cause Techeest liability.
2. Responsibility of Contributors.
If you maintain a Profile, post content material to Techeest, and post links on Techeest, you’re entirely responsible for the content handled by the user, also any harm arising from that Content. In this case, regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes graphics, text, or any audio file. By making Content available or engaging in posting Tech Blogs using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- The downloading, copying, and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, or trademark rights of any third party;
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have either received permission from your employer to post or make available the Content, including but not limited to any software, or secured from your employer a waiver as to all rights in or to the Content;
- You have fully complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content, and have done all things necessary to successfully pass through to End Users any required terms;
- The Content does not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive content;
- The Content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third-party websites boost the search engine rankings of third-party sites, or to further unlawful acts or mislead recipients as to the source of the material;
- The Content is not pornographic, does not contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
- Your blog is not getting advertised via unwanted electronic messages such as spam links on newsgroups, email lists, other blogs, and websites, and similar unsolicited promotional methods;
- Your blog is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your blog’s URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or a company other than your own;
- You have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses, and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by Techeest or otherwise.
- You may not resell, lease, or license the Services to any other person;
- Without limiting any of those representations, Techeest has the right to, in its sole discretion, (i) refuse or remove any Content that, in Techeest’s opinion, violates any website policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the website, including any Profile, to any individual or entity for any reason, in Techeest’s sole discretion. Techeest will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
3. Your Licenses to Us.
By submitting Content on Techeest for inclusion on your Profile, you grant Techeest a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content solely for (i) displaying, distributing, and promoting your Profile, and (ii) promoting the website or any part of it, our company, our other products and Services, and the techeest.com website. If you delete Content, Techeest will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Profile and our promotional materials, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable. For clarity, the license granted to us in clause (iii) of this section to use your Content for promotional purposes does not allow us to sell the license or otherwise directly profit from your Content, or to transfer or sublicense our rights in your Content to any other user except for the limited purpose of enabling their services to create our promotional materials and operations, and you may opt out of our license in provision (iv) at any time by contacting us at our contact information shown on the contact us page of the compliance. This section does not affect any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws.
4. Privacy.

- Cookies & Similar Technologies. If relevant law requires, you must provide and make available to your End-Users on your profile a legally compliant cookie policy. You must obtain valid consent, both for you & us for cookies or similar technologies used where required, where applicable, by the e-Privacy Regulations and under national laws implementing the same.
- Protect & Improve Services. You must acknowledge that we may secure & improve our services through the analysis of your use of the services, your End-Users’ use of your profile, and/or processing of your & your End-Users’ data in anonymized, pseudonymous, non-personalize,d and/or aggregated form. If relevant law requires, you should explain this in your privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how and what we do in this regard.
5. Payment and Renewal.
- General Terms: By using any of the services, you agree to pay Techeest the one-time, monthly, or annual subscription fees (if applicable on any services) specified on the website for paid services. Payments will be due on a prepaid basis on the day you sign up for or renew services, which will cover the use of those services for the subscription period (if any) indicated. The fees for using a subscription service will not change during the relevant subscription period. In case we change our fees, we’ll notify our Users at least 30 days’ notice by email to the email address provided to us in their account details. And if you cancel or downgrade the account before the completion of that minimum duration we have the right to take a penalty and termination fee equal to a pro rata portion of any advertising amount.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify Techeest before the end of the relevant subscription period that you want to cancel your profile and your account with us, or we give you such notice, your subscription will automatically renew. - Our Payment Processors: Techeest uses third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable Payment Processor, in addition to this compliance.
6. Responsibility for your Profile & your End-Users.
Your Profile may have its own End-Users. You accept and acknowledge that your profile and your end users are your responsibility, and you’re entirely responsible for compliance with any laws or regulations related to your profile and/or your end users. We’re not responsible for, and won’t provide you with any legal advice for your profile or your End-Users.
7. Your Responsibility as a User.
Techeest has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the content, including software, posted to the website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use, or effects. By operating the website, Techeest does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful, or non-harmful. You’re responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content.
8. Third-Party Services.
The services are integrated with various third-party services and applications that may make available to you their content and products. Examples of Third-Party Services include social media platforms, eCommerce Payment Processors, our Payment Processors, stock images, and email service subscriptions for sale via the Services and other integration partners and service providers.
